Lindsay Hart Began training in a chinese form of Tai Chi in 1979 at the age of 3. At the age of 4 began training in Zen Do Kai through the Bob Jones Corporation. This was before it was Freestyle and was a hard form of Goju Karate.
Training with several instructors and eventually grading to 4th Dan in 1997, he decided to break away and with the assistance of several of his higher grade students he formulated Susumu Ryu. This was a more refined form of what he had studied prior. Unsatisfied with the limit of his understanding he sought out a new instructor. This was a hard journey that took him all over the country teaching and learning.
Eventually he found a master with a full time school in his mothers residential street. Since then he has been studying under him in the Fudoshin Bujutsu and Kobujutsu systems under his master Soke Tony Ball. Sensei Lindsay conducts classes several nights a week and is the operations manager of the largest crowd control firm in Victoria and South Australia. His classes are conducted with sincerity, strong on discipline and is very fussy about technique. He will bring out your best in a student every time.
